Get ready for an honest, funny, and insightful chat about parenting with ADHD - you're not alone in this wild ride!

Panel Overview: Parenting While Having ADHD

Join us for an open, honest, and supportive panel discussion designed specifically for new and expecting parents who live with ADHD. Hosted by Justin and Heather Gillespie, a husband-and-wife therapist team who both have ADHD and co-lead Superior Center for ADHD, this session is a safe space to ask questions, hear lived experiences, and gain practical strategies for navigating parenthood with ADHD.

Meet Your Panelists

  • Justin and Heather Gillespie are both licensed therapists and founders of Superior Center, where they specialize in supporting individuals, couples, and families living with ADHD. Their clinical expertise is uniquely informed by their own experiences as parents with ADHD.

  • Together, they’ve walked the path of pregnancy, birth, postpartum transitions, and early parenting while managing ADHD — giving them insight into the emotional, executive-functioning, and relational challenges that many ADHD parents face.

What You’ll Gain from the Panel
🧠 Real Stories from the Trenches
Hear how Justin and Heather prepared for and navigated pregnancy, including unexpected shifts like a preterm hospitalization and NICU stay, and how those experiences reshaped their tools and perspectives for ADHD parenthood.

👶 What Parenting With ADHD Feels Like
Parenting demands intense organization, routine changes, emotional regulation, and sensory shifts — all areas where ADHD can impact confidence and consistency. This panel will explore what these demands look like day-to-day and how they intersect with ADHD brain styles.

💡 Practical Strategies & Tools
Justin and Heather will share ADHD-friendly systems for routines, emotional regulation, dividing parenting roles, navigating sleep and feeding transitions, and minimizing overwhelm as you enter this life stage. (These reflect the kinds of supports they emphasize in the Superior Center’s New Parents with ADHD Program.)

🤝 Live Q&A & Community Connection
Bring your questions — whether you’re preparing for your first baby, navigating early parenthood, or balancing ADHD symptoms with new parental responsibilities. This interactive session is about connection, understanding, and practical support.

Registration & Attendance Information

Registration is highly recommended.
While walk-ins are welcome, registered attendees will receive priority access due to limited space and seating availability.

Seating and attendance will be first come, first served. Once capacity is reached, there may be standing room only, and entry may be limited if the event fills.
